The staff made us feel extremely welcome and were always ready to help.
Upon check-in, I was informed that the lift was not operational, necessitating a tiring walk up two flights of stairs. The room itself was in dire need of attention. the bathroom was particularly disappointing with unclean conditions. I experienced long waits for basic amenities such as fresh towels, which added to the overall sense of neglect during my stay.

The Sea Garden Hotel has a perfect location right next to the new marina and Sheraton street. The room was neat and clean with a comfortable mattress, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The breakfast was a nice selection, including bread, eggs, and fruits. The staff made us feel extremely welcome and were always ready to help.
The elevator was not working.
